The world's biggest - nothing is cancelled!

collaboration with Pan Idræt. It will still be the most significant ever!

From 12-22 August, you will be able to experience in Copenhagen and Malmö:

  • WorldPride parade in a new covid format
A City Hall Square like you’ve never seen before – the big stage is gone, but we’ve been creative!
    The world’s largest
  • Human Rights Program (content and program to be published soon – look forward to it! There will be international participants and large political profiles)
  • The world’s largest cultural program in collaboration with more than 50 cultural institutions (The Royal Theater, the Glyptoteket, the Opera, etc.) and at our own 5 venues

The corona pandemic has made us renew and adapt the program. The whole of Copenhagen will experience WorldPride & EuroGames with great support from the City of Copenhagen, Parliament, our many partners / sponsors as well as the city’s local shops and businesses.

It’s going to be grand!

The parade in a new format

The big WorldPride parade has changed, but it has not been canceled.

It will still be the most significant human rights event ever in Scandinavia
– Lars Henriksen, chairperson of Copenhagen Pride

There will be more events around the city, but with fewer participants. For example, 35,000 party-minded people on Rådhuspladsen will be changed to a maximum of 5,000 guests.

You can still experience acoustic music, talks and debates. We will still hold a democracy festival, reminiscent of Folkemødet on Bornholm, and many other events over many days, which will also take place virtually, so that our message can reach all those who can not travel to Copenhagen.

‘It will still be the most significant LGBTI + event ever in Scandinavia, despite the fact that we can not gather people in a huge parade’, says Lars Henriksen.
