Trigger warning: Take care while reading

As you probably know by now, the theme of this edition of HeartCore is DEATH. This is a multifaceted and important subject, but we also know that it can be difficult to engage with. 

We want you to take good care of yourself while reading – maybe some of the articles trigger some feelings you weren’t expecting, or perhaps this is just a hard topic for you to think about. Please know that it’s okay to put down the magazine and step away for a while – and if it feels comfortable, reach out to a friend or loved one to talk through the feelings.
